Premier Rollertainment Group (PRG) is a growing family entertainment company with multiple brands across Virginia — including FunQuest Family Entertainment Center, Firehouse Skate ’N Play, Bounce Inflatable Fun Parks, Launching Pad Trampoline Park, and Down Home Creamery. From skating and inflatables to trampolines, arcade games, and ice cream — we create fun, family-friendly experiences for our communities every day.

We’re looking for a Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across all brands, drive guest traffic, and strengthen our regional presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow attendance, memberships, and event bookings across all locations
• Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media, email, SEO, and paid campaigns
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and cost efficiency
• Lead seasonal promotions, special events, and community engagement campaigns
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to promote parties, fundraisers, and field trips
• Create and manage in-center materials (flyers, signage, menus, and displays)
• Manage vendors, graphic designers, and marketing coordinators
• Track marketing analytics, website traffic, and campaign performance
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of marketing experience; multi-location or entertainment/hospitality industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads/Analytics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative eye for design and brand storytelling
• Experience with Canva, Wix, or other creative tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
