 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Create
 
 visual designs
 
 , content, banners, event announcements and ad creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Build
 
 advertising campaigns via Meta Ads Manager
 
 and manage targeting, budget and campaign parameters
 
 
 &bull; Run
 
 conversion-oriented campaigns
 
 , conduct
 
 A/B tests
 
 , and
 
 optimize performance
 
 according to budget
 
 
 &bull; Prepare
 
 professional email templates
 
 for events, announcements and campaigns using Mailchimp or similar HTML email editors
 
 
 &bull; Report campaign performance regularly and analyze KPIs such as
 
 conversion rates
 
 to propose improvements
 
 
 &bull; Produce
 
 creative visual materials
 
 in line with brand identity
 
 
 &bull; Provide design support for
 
 website banners
 
 , landing page visuals and printed materials when needed
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in
 
 Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
 
 or similar design tools
 
 
 &bull; Experience with
 
 Meta Ads Manager
 
 including targeting, pixel, custom audiences and optimization
 
 
 &bull; Experience in
 
 email design and email marketing tools
 
 
 
 &bull; Creative, fast, solution-oriented and up-to-date with
 
 digital trends
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong
 
 analytical thinking
 
 and reporting skills
