 We are looking for a highly capable Senior Consultant who can help drive the Firm360 proposition across the region&mdash;combining deep regulatory understanding with practical implementation and client advisory experience.
 
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead implementation and advisory engagements related to:
 </li>
 <li>
 ISQM1 / SOQM
 </li>
 <li>
 SOCPA quality requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Acceptance &amp; Continuance (A&amp;C)
 </li>
 <li>
 AML / KYC compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Independence monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 Internal quality monitoring &amp; remediation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audit and professional services firms in designing and operationalizing quality management frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure and support Firm360 platform modules aligned with client methodologies and regulatory expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct workshops, demos, client onboarding sessions, and executive presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Support development of templates, methodologies, dashboards, workflows, and regulatory content within the platform
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with leadership to expand Firm360 across GCC markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist firms in inspection readiness and quality governance transformation initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 Required Experience &amp; SkillsStrong Practical Knowledge of:
 <ul>
 <li>
 ISQM1 / System of Quality Management
 </li>
 <li>
 SOCPA regulatory expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit firm governance &amp; quality management
 </li>
 <li>
 Acceptance &amp; Continuance processes
 </li>
 <li>
 AML / KYC frameworks for professional services firms
 </li>
 <li>
 Independence declaration and monitoring processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Internal monitoring, remediation, and inspection readiness
 </li>
 </ul>
 Preferred Background:
 <ul>
 <li>
 Big 4 / Top 10 audit firm experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience within Audit Quality, Risk Management, Professional Practice, or GRC functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to GCC regulatory environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with governance, compliance, or audit technology platforms is highly preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
