About Firm360

Firm360 is an integrated Governance & Operations Platform purpose-built for modern audit and professional services firms across the GCC. The platform helps firms automate and strengthen ISQM1, AML, Acceptance & Continuance, Independence Monitoring, Learning Management, Risk Management, Cyber Governance, and operational performance.

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Consultant who can help drive the Firm360 proposition across the region—combining deep regulatory understanding with practical implementation and client advisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and advisory engagements related to:
• ISQM1 / SOQM
• SOCPA quality requirements
• Acceptance & Continuance (A&C)
• AML / KYC compliance
• Independence monitoring
• Internal quality monitoring & remediation
• Support audit and professional services firms in designing and operationalizing quality management frameworks
• Configure and support Firm360 platform modules aligned with client methodologies and regulatory expectations
• Conduct workshops, demos, client onboarding sessions, and executive presentations
• Support development of templates, methodologies, dashboards, workflows, and regulatory content within the platform
• Work closely with leadership to expand Firm360 across GCC markets
• Assist firms in inspection readiness and quality governance transformation initiatives

Required Experience & SkillsStrong Practical Knowledge of:

• ISQM1 / System of Quality Management
• SOCPA regulatory expectations
• Audit firm governance & quality management
• Acceptance & Continuance processes
• AML / KYC frameworks for professional services firms
• Independence declaration and monitoring processes
• Internal monitoring, remediation, and inspection readiness

Preferred Background:

• Big 4 / Top 10 audit firm experience
• Experience within Audit Quality, Risk Management, Professional Practice, or GRC functions
• Exposure to GCC regulatory environments
• Experience with governance, compliance, or audit technology platforms is highly preferred
