Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the real estate customer journey. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales and leasing operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, availability, and processes
  • Register leads and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with customer coordination
  • Ensure excellent customer experience before and after sales/lease



Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards
