Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job Overview
The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for delivering a positive and professional experience to clients while supporting the daily administrative operations of a visa consultancy. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and requires strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage sensitive information with care.

Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide clients in a polite and professional manner, both in person and via phone or email
  • Provide accurate guidance regarding visa services, procedures, and appointment arrangements
  • Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation of client appointments
  • Follow up with clients for required documents, payments, and application updates
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and concerns in a calm and professional way
  • Ensure all client and immigration-related data is handled with strict confidentiality

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Keep client records, files, and documentation properly organized and up to date
  • Provide administrative assistance to consultants for active cases
  • Perform data entry tasks, generate basic reports, and draft routine correspondence
  • Oversee office supplies and support smooth day-to-day office activities
  • Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures consistently
