Senior Customer Support Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Officer to provide high-quality service to clients and support daily administrative activities in a professional office environment. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients and ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients professionally and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information regarding services and appointment procedures
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
  • Follow up with clients regarding documents, payments, and application updates
  • Handle client concerns in a polite and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize client records and documentation
  • Support consultants with case-related administrative work
  • Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and correspondence
  • Monitor office supplies and support daily operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in visa/immigration or service industry is a plus)
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Professional behavior, punctuality, and discipline
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
