We're now building out our organic growth engine and looking for someone who genuinely cares about SEO to help us do it right.
About The Role
We need a mid-level SEO specialist who has real experience across technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and competitive research. Not someone who knows the theory. Someone who has actually done it, tracked the results, and learned from what didn't work.
You'll sit inside the Marketing & Growth team and work closely with content, product, and engineering. The work is hands-on, the feedback loop is short, and the impact is visible.
What You'll Work On
Technical SEO
Audit the site regularly for crawlability, indexation issues, Core Web Vitals, site speed, structured data, and mobile performance
Work directly with engineering to get fixes shipped, not just flagged
Keep the site architecture clean and built for scale
Strong expertise in optimizing JavaScript-heavy websites
On-Page & Keyword Research
Research and map keywords to the right pages based on search intent
Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal links based on what the data actually shows
Spot cannibalization, thin content, and missed opportunities before they compound
Link Building
Build and execute a link acquisition strategy that earns authority the right way
Source link opportunities through outreach, partnerships, digital PR, and content
Competitor & SERP Analysis
Identify where competitors are outranking us and figure out why
Track SERP features and find opportunities to capture them
Watch algorithm updates closely and respond before rankings slip
Reporting
Own the numbers: rankings, organic traffic, CTR, backlink growth, Core Web Vitals
Turn data into clear priorities for people who aren't deep in SEO
What We're Looking For
3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
Solid understanding of technical SEO, including crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture
Real experience running link building campaigns with results you can speak to
Comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog / OnCrawl
You can look at a dataset and know what to do next without being told
You communicate clearly with engineers, writers, and product managers who don't think in keywords
Good to have
Experience with programmatic SEO
Familiarity with AI content workflows and how to make them search-friendly
Any exposure to international or multi-market SEO
