Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through personalized physiotherapy interventions. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population across inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by designing comprehensive care plans and delivering hands-on therapy that promotes recovery and independence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess patients&rsquo; physical conditions by reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and understanding physiology and anatomy knowledge.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient&rsquo;s needs, including discharge planning for safe transitions from hospital to home or community settings.</li><li>Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics-focused interventions, and geriatrics care to optimize patient outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and clinic environments.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques, injury prevention strategies, and self-care practices to support ongoing recovery at home or in the community.</li><li>Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.</li><li>Monitor progress regularly, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in team meetings focused on improving care quality.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant region or country.</li><li>Proven experience in acute care hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home &amp; community care environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy.</li><li>Experience working with diverse populations such as pediatrics and geriatrics; familiarity with orthopedics is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to develop comprehensive care plans incorporating discharge planning and patient education strategies.</li><li>Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation and communication purposes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients about their treatment options.
