Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions by reviewing medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and understanding physiology and anatomy knowledge.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs, including discharge planning for safe transitions from hospital to home or community settings.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics-focused interventions, and geriatrics care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across inpatient, outpatient, home health, and clinic environments.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques, injury prevention strategies, and self-care practices to support ongoing recovery at home or in the community.
- Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Monitor progress regularly, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in team meetings focused on improving care quality.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant region or country.
- Proven experience in acute care hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home & community care environments.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques including trigger point therapy.
- Experience working with diverse populations such as pediatrics and geriatrics; familiarity with orthopedics is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans incorporating discharge planning and patient education strategies.
- Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation and communication purposes.

Pay: $47.55 - $57.26 per hour
