We support employee career development and believe that promoting a healthy work-life balance is just as important as maintaining a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise a crew of 2-3, or more depending on property.</li><li>Perform general grounds maintenance duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property</li><li>Maintain and oversee the care for lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas</li><li>Operate hand tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, mowers and blowers</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, and weeding</li><li>Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed</li><li>Keep walkways, parking lots, and common areas free of debris</li><li>Perform basic mechanical tasks related to groundskeeping equipment</li><li>Punch in hours in a crew app for job costing purposes</li><li>Drive a company vehicle during working hours, this may include hauling a commercial trailer and equipment</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must possess a valid Nevada driver&rsquo;s license and have held a US-issued driver&rsquo;s license for a minimum of three (3) years to be added to the commercial auto policy</li><li>Must have at least 3 years experience in groundskeeping or a related field</li><li>Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively</li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>Must have a valid Nevada State Driver's License for 3 consecutive years</li></ul>Work Environment: Includes working inside and outside, around trees, around landscape, around moving objects, and vehicles.
