Responsibilities:

• Supervise a crew of 2-3, or more depending on property.
• Perform general grounds maintenance duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property
• Maintain and oversee the care for lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas
• Operate hand tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, mowers and blowers
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, and weeding
• Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
• Keep walkways, parking lots, and common areas free of debris
• Perform basic mechanical tasks related to groundskeeping equipment
• Punch in hours in a crew app for job costing purposes
• Drive a company vehicle during working hours, this may include hauling a commercial trailer and equipment

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Nevada driver’s license and have held a US-issued driver’s license for a minimum of three (3) years to be added to the commercial auto policy
• Must have at least 3 years experience in groundskeeping or a related field
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices
• Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Must have a valid Nevada State Driver's License for 3 consecutive years

Work Environment:
Includes working inside and outside, around trees, around landscape, around moving objects, and vehicles. Employee will be exposed to dampness, humidity, wind, and extreme heat, at times.
