 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull;	Coordinate with executive leadership on initiatives and projects across all affiliated companies.
 
 
 &bull;	Prepare professional reports, decks, and updates for management.
 
 
 &bull;	Track project timelines and ensure execution against plans.
 
 
 &bull;	Travel to various company or project sites when needed.
 
 
 &bull;	Analyze business and project data and support feasibility studies.
 
 
 &bull;	Organize meetings and follow up on actions.
 
 
 &bull;	Provide documentation and reporting support for operational and governance systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull;	Academic Requirement:
 
 
 &bull;	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
 
 
 &bull;	OR Diploma in Administrative Sciences from Institute of Public Administration (IPA) only.
 
 
 &bull;	Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
 
 
 &bull;	Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
 
 
 &bull;	Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
 
 
 &bull;	High flexibility and ability to work across multiple locations and functions.
 
 
 &bull;	Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 
 
 &bull;	Preferred: Familiarity or interest in business operations, strategic planning, or&nbsp;
