Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the executive team of a holding company that oversees multiple subsidiaries. This role offers fast-track professional development through exposure to high-impact projects and strategic execution.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with executive leadership on initiatives and projects across all affiliated companies.

• Prepare professional reports, decks, and updates for management.

• Track project timelines and ensure execution against plans.

• Travel to various company or project sites when needed.

• Analyze business and project data and support feasibility studies.

• Organize meetings and follow up on actions.

• Provide documentation and reporting support for operational and governance systems.


Qualifications:

• Academic Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• OR Diploma in Administrative Sciences from Institute of Public Administration (IPA) only.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

• High flexibility and ability to work across multiple locations and functions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Preferred: Familiarity or interest in business operations, strategic planning, or
