As a Program Manager at Adree, you will oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and implementing best practices to deliver successful program outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing multiple related projects within a program to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining program plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Facilitating collaboration across project teams to ensure that interdependencies and project integration are effectively managed.
- Establishing program governance structures and processes to monitor progress, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicating program status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, executives, and team members.
- Identifying and managing program risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project managers to ensure project alignment with program objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex programs.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate program challenges and drive improvements.
- Experience managing budgets and resources across various projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
