Project Sales Coordinator - LED, Commercial and Street Lights

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for LED, commercial, and street lighting products.

l Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships in the government, commercial, and industrial sectors across the GCC.

l Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales KPIs.

l Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and clients. needs.

l Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and other key stakeholders.

l Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.

l Participate in lighting exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and build brand awareness.

l Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely follow-up from proposal to project execution.- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

l Coordinate with technical, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in customer service and delivery.

Requirements:

l Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Electrical Engineering or related field.

l Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales management, preferably in LED, commercial, and street lighting products.

l Strong understanding of lighting systems, components, and industry standards (e.g., energy efficiency, photometric data, certifications).

l Familiarity with the Saudi market or GCC retail operations is strongly preferred.

l Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

l Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

l Ability to work independently and under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.

l Experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination.

l Demonstrated capability to handle complex market access processes across multiple regulatory frameworks.

Working Conditions:

l Office-based with frequent field visits to clients, retailers, and government offices.

l Occasional travel to neighboring countries may be required.

l Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime, especially during product launches, events, or audits.

l Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼8,000.00 per month
