Accounts Receivable / Cargo Payroll Assistant</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Summary</h3>
The Accounts Receivable / Cargo Payroll Assistant is responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of cargo escort clients and the reconciliation of payroll for cargo escort personnel and off-duty law enforcement officers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring billing integrity, payroll accuracy, and operational efficiency across escort assignments.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities</h3>
Accounts Receivable (Billing &amp; Invoicing)<ul><li>
Prepare, review, and issue invoices based on completed cargo escort trips</li><li>
Verify trip details including duration, rates, assigned personnel, and contractual terms</li><li>
Ensure all invoices are supported by approved Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation</li><li>
Track invoice status, payments, and outstanding balances</li><li>
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and client inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>
Maintain accurate and organized financial and billing records</li></ul>
Cargo Payroll Support<ul><li>
Compile, review, and reconcile payroll hours for escort personnel and off-duty officers</li><li>
Cross-check reported hours against trip logs, schedules, PODs, and dispatch records</li><li>
Ensure proper application of pay rates, travel time, and applicable premiums</li><li>
Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll submission</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information</li></ul>
Coordination &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Collaborate with dispatch, scheduling, and operations teams to verify trip accuracy</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and labor guidelines</li><li>
Support internal reporting and assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency</li><li>
Maintain strict attention to detail in all financial and administrative tasks</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Previous experience in accounts receivable, payroll processing, or administrative finance roles preferred</li><li>
Experience in logistics, transportation, or security operations is a plus</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); QuickBooks or similar systems preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

SOC Operator / Dispatcher Must have an Alarm Systems Monitor license. Position Summary: First Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is hiring multiple SOC Operators / Dispatchers in the Plano area to monitor alerts and camera feeds across approximately 2300 sites in the United States. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work in a 24/7 shift operations environment (day, night, weekends, holidays). Responsibilities: Monitor CCTV, GPS, alarms, and tracking systems in real-time. Receive and document incoming calls and incident reports. Dispatch appropriate personnel or emergency services. Maintain incident logs and communication records. Escalate critical events according to established protocols. Shifts available: 4:30am - 1:00pm Monday &amp; Tuesday Off 3:30pm - 12:00am Tuesday &amp; Wednesday Off 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday &amp; Monday Off Qualifications: Alarm Systems Monitor License Excellent multitasking and situational awareness. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in dispatch, 911, or control room operations preferred. Familiarity with security or logistics monitoring software. Maintain professional composure under pressure. Adhere strictly to confidentiality and information security policies. Document all actions clearly and accurately. Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and responsiveness. Be flexible for 24/7 shift operations (day, night, weekends, holidays).
