Our firm focuses on <b>Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Consumer Protection, and Personal Injury Protection (PIP)</b>, with a heavy litigation presence throughout the State of Florida.<br>
</div><div>This position will work directly with the firm's litigation attorneys and alongside our existing litigation assistants. The right candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the attorneys&rsquo; litigation calendars and ensuring matters move efficiently through the court system.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Manage and coordinate <b>all scheduling</b> for two litigation attorneys, including:<ul>
<li>Court hearings (county &amp; circuit court)</li>
<li>Mediations</li>
<li>Arbitrations</li>
<li>Depositions</li>
Marketing and firm-related events<br>
<li>
</li></ul></li><li>Handle scheduling for <b>approximately </b><b>half </b><b>of the firm&rsquo;s litigation caseload</b>, working closely with a dedicated legal assistant</li>
<li>Schedule litigation matters across Florida courts (with the <b>majority of cases in Miami-Dade County</b>
</li><li>Utilize and navigate the <b>Florida Courts E-Portal</b> and applicable scheduling portals</li>
<li>Work within the firm&rsquo;s <b>centralized CRM system</b> for scheduling and document generation</li>
<li>Assist with <b>automated document preparation</b> (training provided)</li>
Maintain accurate calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple matters simultaneously<br>

</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Prior experience in <b>legal scheduling or litigation support</b> strongly preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with <b>Florida county and circuit court scheduling</b>
</li><li>Experience with the <b>Florida Courts E-Portal</b> and scheduling portals required</li>
<li>Extremely <b>detail-oriented</b> with strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Professional communication skills (written and verbal)</li>
<li>Comfortable working with multiple attorneys and staff simultaneously</li>
