Key Tasks<ul><li>Maintain the sales and purchase ledger on Microsoft Dynamics 360 for designated clients</li></ul><ul><li>Post invoices and employee expenses to Dynamics 360</li></ul><ul><li>Process supplier payments and handle incoming queries via telephone</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with the preparation of month-end management accounts</li></ul><ul><li>Manage the internal invoicing system for variable charges and prepare supporting documentation for client billing</li></ul><ul><li>Generate sales invoices as directed by the Finance Manager</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate effectively with suppliers and resolve queries</li></ul><ul><li>Perform general administrative duties as required</li></ul><ul><li>Support the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as needed</li></ul>Education A good general education is essential in a subject allied to the areas of accountancyand ideally an AAT/ACCA/CIMA studierExperience Prior experience in a finance-related role is desirable.
