To prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Stock and set up bar area as required.</li><li>
Prepare and serve drinks.</li><li>
Maintain all forms and reports as required.</li><li>
Maintain bar and lounge areas as required.</li><li>
Perform various janitorial duties as needed.</li><li>
Operate all bartending equipment such as mixers, blenders, dispensers, and washers.</li><li>
Assist in training new employees.</li><li>
Comply with all company standards, i.e., grooming standards, standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.</li><li>

Education / Skills / Work Experience Required</b></h1><ul><li>
Knowledge of mixology, wine, and alcohol awareness</li><li>
Previous bartending experience at a fine resort or equivalent</li><li>
