• Stock and set up bar area as required.
• Prepare and serve drinks.
• Maintain all forms and reports as required.
• Maintain bar and lounge areas as required.
• Perform various janitorial duties as needed.
• Operate all bartending equipment such as mixers, blenders, dispensers, and washers.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Comply with all company standards, i.e., grooming standards, standards of conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Skills / Work Experience Required

• Knowledge of mixology, wine, and alcohol awareness
• Previous bartending experience at a fine resort or equivalent
• The ability to act in a professional manner and be courteous.
