If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy helping others stay organized and efficient, this opportunity is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk operations with professionalism, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately</li><li>Handle insurance tracking with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and courteously</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in communication</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for various administrative tasks</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff or executives</li><li>Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, organization of files, and general clerical support</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with excellent phone etiquette skills</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and proofreading skills</li><li>Experience with office management tasks such as filing systems, calendar management, and customer support roles</li><li>Knowledge of bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks or similar software is a plus</li><li>Previous roles as a receptionist&mdash;dental or medical&mdash;are advantageous for understanding front desk operations in specialized environments</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating an efficient workplace while delivering top-tier support to clients and colleagues alike!Pay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
