We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our vibrant team! Duties

  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Handle insurance tracking with excellent phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in communication
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for various administrative tasks
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff or executives
  • Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, organization of files, and general clerical support

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with office management tasks such as filing systems, calendar management, and customer support roles
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
  • Previous roles as a receptionist—dental or medical—are advantageous for understanding front desk operations in specialized environments
