 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Social Media Management &amp; Strategy

 Develop and execute social media strategies across all Fitura Brands concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Build brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Create content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, partnerships, and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Content Creation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Capture and create high-quality photo and video content
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
 </li>
 <li>
 Create engaging graphics, story assets, thumbnails, and promotional materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong visual consistency across all brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Help direct shoots and assist with creative production
 </li>

 Video Editing &amp; Graphic Design

 Edit fast-paced, premium-quality social content

 Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, music, and storytelling elements

 Design social graphics, pitch decks, campaign assets, and digital marketing collateral

 Work closely with leadership and creative teams to bring campaigns to life

 Community and Brand Growth
