It requires a trusted operator who can move seamlessly between personal logistics, vehicle and household management, and real estate project coordination. The ideal candidate understands that excellence is demonstrated in preparation, punctuality (early is on time), discretion, and thoughtful follow-through.This role supports a highly confident, independent, and performance-driven leader who values initiative, integrity, precision, and confidentiality.Core Responsibilities:Executive Personal Support<ul><li>Weekly vehicle gassing and washing</li><li>Scheduling and managing vehicle service appointments</li><li>Taking vehicle(s) for maintenance and inspections</li><li>Returning packages and managing deliveries</li><li>Coordinating dry cleaning, pickups, and specialty errands</li><li>Grocery and personal shopping</li><li>Occasional driving to professional or social events</li><li>Always ensuring vehicle and household readiness</li></ul>Household Organization &amp; Operations<ul><li>Light cleaning and organization as needed</li><li>Garage, closet, and storage organization</li><li>Supporting preparation for events or guest arrivals</li><li>Maintaining an orderly and highly functional home environment</li></ul>Real Estate Development SupportThe principal plays a hands-on leadership role in design and project management.
