Personal Assistant to Executive and Real Estate Principal
Location: Dearborn, Michigan

Position Overview
A senior executive and co-owner of a real estate development firm with primary responsibility for design and project management — seeks a highly capable, discreet, and execution-oriented Personal Assistant.
This is not a passive support role. It requires a trusted operator who can move seamlessly between personal logistics, vehicle and household management, and real estate project coordination. The ideal candidate understands that excellence is demonstrated in preparation, punctuality (early is on time), discretion, and thoughtful follow-through.
This role supports a highly confident, independent, and performance-driven leader who values initiative, integrity, precision, and confidentiality.
Core Responsibilities:
Executive Personal Support
Household Organization & Operations
Real Estate Development Support
The principal plays a hands-on leadership role in design and project management. The assistant will provide practical, field-level support including:
Project Coordination
· Securing and organizing design samples (tile, fixtures, finishes, hardware, etc.)
· Coordinating pickups and deliveries of materials
· Meeting tradespeople, inspectors, or vendors on site when Michelle is unavailable
· Taking detailed notes, photos, and reporting observations from job sites
Vendor and Trade Support
· Researching, vetting, and identifying qualified tradespeople
· Requesting and comparing bids
· Coordinating scheduling with contractors and vendors
· Following up to ensure accountability and timelines are met
Execution Support
· Tracking punch lists
· Confirming materials arrive on schedule
· Ensuring job sites are organized and presentable
· Serving as Michelle’s eyes and ears when necessary
This aspect of the role requires judgment, professionalism, and comfort interacting confidently with contractors and skilled trades.

Compensation
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and capability. This role has the potential to evolve into a broader operations support position for the right individual.
Pay: $25.61 - $30.84 per hour
