As we continue to grow, we're investing in our brand and our people, and we're looking for a talented Videographer/Content Creator to help tell our story.About the RoleWe're looking for a creative, self-motivated Videographer/Content Creator to join our team full-time. This person will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content across two primary tracks: internal training materials for our team and external marketing content for our customers and social channels. You'll be out in the field on job sites, in the air with a drone, and in post-production bringing it all together.What You'll Do<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for internal training, onboarding, and operational documentation</li><li>Produce customer-facing content for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns</li><li>Operate drone, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and mobile devices to capture job site footage, before/after shots, time-lapses, and testimonials</li><li>Manage the full production workflow &mdash; from concept and shot planning to editing, color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery</li><li>Collaborate with leadership and the sales/marketing team to align content with company goals and campaigns</li><li>Maintain and organize a content library for easy internal access and reuse</li><li>Stay current on content trends in the home services / construction space and bring fresh ideas to the table</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience</li><li>FAA Part 107 drone certification (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)</li><li>Proficient with drone platforms (DJI preferred), DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and mobile camera setups</li><li>Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent</li><li>Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics (After Effects a plus)</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions</li><li>Strong eye for storytelling, composition, and brand-consistent visuals</li><li>Portfolio or reel of previous work required &mdash; please include a link in your application</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience in construction, home services, or trades content</li><li>Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)</li><li>Familiarity with SEO-driven YouTube content strategy</li><li>Experience creating content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>$60,000 &ndash; $80,000 salary depending on experience</li><li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday schedule (some flexibility required for job site shoots)</li><li>Health benefits</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>A growing company where your work will be seen, valued, and make a real impact</li><li>The opportunity to build something from the ground up &mdash; this is a new role with real creative ownership</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume and a link to your portfolio or video reel.
