About the Role

We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Videographer/Content Creator to join our team full-time. This person will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality video content across two primary tracks: internal training materials for our team and external marketing content for our customers and social channels. You'll be out in the field on job sites, in the air with a drone, and in post-production bringing it all together.

What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for internal training, onboarding, and operational documentation
• Produce customer-facing content for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns
• Operate drone, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and mobile devices to capture job site footage, before/after shots, time-lapses, and testimonials
• Manage the full production workflow — from concept and shot planning to editing, color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery
• Collaborate with leadership and the sales/marketing team to align content with company goals and campaigns
• Maintain and organize a content library for easy internal access and reuse
• Stay current on content trends in the home services / construction space and bring fresh ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience
• FAA Part 107 drone certification (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire)
• Proficient with drone platforms (DJI preferred), DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and mobile camera setups
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics (After Effects a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions
• Strong eye for storytelling, composition, and brand-consistent visuals
• Portfolio or reel of previous work required — please include a link in your application

Nice to Have

• Experience in construction, home services, or trades content
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Familiarity with SEO-driven YouTube content strategy
• Experience creating content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

What We Offer

• $60,000 – $80,000 salary depending on experience
