The Server/Bartender at Five Iron Golf goes beyond simply taking orders, guiding guests through the menu and offering recommendations that elevate both the dining and gaming experience and the overall guest satisfaction, while also driving sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience</li><li>
Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. Present menus, answer questions about menu items and alcohol offerings, make recommendations, and use upselling techniques</li><li>
Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately</li><li>
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner</li><li>
Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is well-stocked</li><li>
Ensure the bar, golf simulators, and surrounding areas are clean and guest-ready</li><li>
Create fresh and new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions.</li><li>
Take pride in ensuring guests' enjoyment by actively checking in with guests at the bar and in assigned simulators during their visit to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our technology, additional products, and promotions</li><li>
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness</li><li>
Verify guests' legal drinking age</li><li>
Assist with closing duties as needed</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.</li><li>
Upbeat energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time.</li><li>
Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.</li><li>
Meet state minimum age to bartend.</li><li>
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>

The Golf Experience Associate/Server is responsible for guiding guests through their Five Iron Golf experience, acting as their host to ensure satisfaction and engagement. You'll focus on making sure they enjoy all the fun that golf and Five Iron have to offer! The Golf Experience Associate goes beyond simply taking orders, guiding guests through the menu and offering recommendations that elevate both the dining and gaming experience and the overall guest satisfaction, while also driving sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:<ul><li>
Provide a fun golf experience from check-in to check-out, gamifying the experience for added fun</li><li>
Take pride and ownership of each Guest&rsquo;s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement at all times. Promptly address any concerns.</li><li>
Serve as the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology and use your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, highlighting everything Five Iron Golf has to offer</li><li>
Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships. Use this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell across various offerings.</li><li>
