Your mastery of automotive systems and dedication to quality will be recognized and rewarded in this energetic environment.Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles, including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines.</li><li>Utilize schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Conduct vehicle maintenance procedures such as alignments, wheel balancing, and general repairs using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Service automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and other electronic components with precision.</li><li>Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to ensure proper repair procedures are followed.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete auto estimating, ensure quality control, and meet service deadlines.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to dealership safety protocols.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive dealership experience with a proven track record as an automotive technician or mechanic.</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and electrical systems troubleshooting.</li><li>Expertise in powertrain repair, transmissions, diesel engine repair, and vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery.</li><li>Familiarity with ADAS technology, vehicle electrical systems, GM vehicles (preferred), and auto estimating software.</li><li>Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately while working efficiently under pressure.
