Compensation:

• $65.00 per flat rate hour
• 110-hour minimum per ON cycle
• W2 position
• 11 production days
• 2 full consecutive weeks off

This is built for technicians who consistently flag 10+ hours per day and want income density with real recovery time.

Ideal candidates currently located in:

• Phoenix
• Denver
• Salt Lake City
• Albuquerque

No relocation required. Travel-in structure. Housing assistance available.

This is not entry-level; experienced, self-sufficient master-level technicians.

Job Summary

Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles, including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines.
• Utilize schematics and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance procedures such as alignments, wheel balancing, and general repairs using hand tools and power tools.
• Service automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and other electronic components with precision.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to ensure proper repair procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete auto estimating, ensure quality control, and meet service deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to dealership safety protocols.

Skills

• Extensive dealership experience with a proven track record as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Expertise in powertrain repair, transmissions, diesel engine repair, and vehicle maintenance.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery.
• Familiarity with ADAS technology, vehicle electrical systems, GM vehicles (preferred), and auto estimating software.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients.
