<ul><li>Sales &amp; Business Development:</li><li>Promote and sell genuine Dealer Ship of M&amp;M spare parts to customers, workshops, garages, and retailers.</li><li>Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Identify and develop new customers/dealers in assigned territory.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management:</li><li>Maintain strong relations with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly.</li><li>Provide product recommendations and technical assistance when needed.</li><li>Order &amp; Inventory Management:</li><li>Take customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report fast- or slow-moving parts.</li><li>Market Intelligence:</li><li>Gather competitor pricing and promotional information.</li><li>Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.</li><li>Maintain proper records of sales, invoices, and customer data.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Good knowledge of automotive spare parts (especially Mahindra).</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Target-driven and customer-focused.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, ERP preferred).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: Minimum Graduate (Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical).</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in automotive spare parts sales (preferably Mahindra dealership or similar).</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>6-day working week.</li><li>Field visits as per assigned territory.</li><li>Travel allowance as per company norms.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
