- Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell genuine Dealer Ship of M&M spare parts to customers, workshops, garages, and retailers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers/dealers in assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relations with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly.
- Provide product recommendations and technical assistance when needed.
- Order & Inventory Management:
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and report fast- or slow-moving parts.
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather competitor pricing and promotional information.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain proper records of sales, invoices, and customer data.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts (especially Mahindra).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and customer-focused.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, ERP preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical).
- Experience: 1–3 years in automotive spare parts sales (preferably Mahindra dealership or similar).
Working Conditions:
- 6-day working week.
- Field visits as per assigned territory.
- Travel allowance as per company norms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
