FK Instrument is a rapidly growing precision machining company specializing in ultra-critical tolerance components for aerospace, semiconductor, and defense applications. We build complex, high-precision parts where consistency, process control, and accuracy are critical to performance. We are seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer who works directly with machining and engineering teams to control processes, solve root-cause issues, and ensure parts meet exacting requirements.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead PPAPs (PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)</li><li>Work directly with machining &amp; engineering to resolve quality issues at the source</li><li>Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA)</li><li>Use process data and capability studies to reduce variation</li><li>Support supplier and customer quality requirements</li><li>Improve process control across production</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>7+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a precision machining environment is required.</li><li>Strong SPC, process capability, RCCA experience</li><li>AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 environment experience</li><li>Comfortable working on the shop floor with production teams</li><li>CQE or Six Sigma preferred</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Pre-employment drug screening required.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive compensation, based on your experience</li><li>100% employer paid medical insurance option for employee only - other insurance coverages available including dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>401(k) plan + employer matching with automatic vesting</li><li>Paid vacation + sick time</li><li>Annual bonus based off the Company's profitability</li></ul>FK Instrument Co, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
