Quality Engineer

FK Instrument is a rapidly growing precision machining company specializing in ultra-critical tolerance components for aerospace, semiconductor, and defense applications. We build complex, high-precision parts where consistency, process control, and accuracy are critical to performance. We are seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer who works directly with machining and engineering teams to control processes, solve root-cause issues, and ensure parts meet exacting requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead PPAPs (PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)
• Work directly with machining & engineering to resolve quality issues at the source
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA)
• Use process data and capability studies to reduce variation
• Support supplier and customer quality requirements
• Improve process control across production

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a precision machining environment is required.
• Strong SPC, process capability, RCCA experience
• AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 environment experience
• Comfortable working on the shop floor with production teams
• CQE or Six Sigma preferred
