We are expanding our operations in Mumbai and are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful digital strategies.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).</li><li>Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand growth and engagement.</li><li>Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.</li><li>Generate quality leads and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.</li><li>Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare performance reports.</li><li>Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and video editors for campaign execution.</li><li>Monitor competitor strategies and stay updated with industry trends.</li><li>Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in media/advertising/agency setup).</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools.</li><li>Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Experience handling Mumbai-based clients and local market campaigns.</li><li>Understanding of influencer marketing and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to manage high-impact campaigns.</li><li>Professional growth and learning opportunities.</li><li>Dynamic and creative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,201.90 - ₹62,906.44 per monthWork Location: In person
