FK Media & Productions is a fast-growing media and production company specializing in branding, digital campaigns, video production, advertising, and creative content solutions. We are expanding our operations in Mumbai and are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful digital strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
• Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand growth and engagement.
• Lead SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Generate quality leads and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and video editors for campaign execution.
• Monitor competitor strategies and stay updated with industry trends.
• Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in media/advertising/agency setup).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience handling Mumbai-based clients and local market campaigns.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and performance marketing strategies.
• Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar CMS).

Pay: ₹15,201.90 - ₹62,906.44 per month
