The role involves handling international client accounts, managing inquiries, quoting, processing export orders, and developing new markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of spare parts (preferably automotive or machinery), excellent communication skills to support business growth across global markets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage B2B sales of spare parts to international clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong business relationships in assigned export regions.</li><li>Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotation), follow up on commercial offers.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth export order processing and timely dispatch.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, and customer communication.</li><li>Analyze export sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.</li><li>Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and documentation standards (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.).</li><li>Support after-sales service and resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in spare parts export sales (automotive, heavy equipment, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of B2B sales processes, pricing strategies, and global customer requirements.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive who is fluent in Russian and English, with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in B2B export sales. The role involves managing and developing customer relationships in Russian-speaking markets (e.g., Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus etc.),Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage B2B spare parts sales to clients across Russian-speaking export markets (Russia, CIS).</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and Incoterms with international clients.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.</li><li>Review and manage export documentation.</li><li>Maintain customer databases and accurate sales records (CRM).</li><li>Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any issues professionally.</li><li>Report regularly on sales performance and market feedback.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Highly organized, independent, and target-driven.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
