Account Data Entry - Part Time (Project Base)

We are looking for a Data Entry (Accounts) staff member with knowledge of UAE accounting practices.

Parttime / Temporary (Project Base) Approx 3-4 months

• Enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system
• Update ledgers, journals, and basic accounting records
• Process and record supplier invoices and customer invoices
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers and receipts
• Maintain organized filing of accounting documents (digital and physical)
• Support basic bank and account reconciliations
• Check data for accuracy before submission
• Coordinate with other departments to collect required documents
• Follow up on missing invoices or payment details
• Assist the accountant/finance team with routine tasks and simple reports
• VAT documentation
