</ul><p><b>Technical Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience in writing detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.</li>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate effectively with development teams.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.</li>
<li>Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, wireframes, and business process models using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data exchange mechanisms.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze database structures and write basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation.</li>
<li>Experience participating in solution design discussions with architects and technical teams.</li>
<li>Knowledge of software testing concepts, including test scenarios, test cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.</li>
<li>Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-based applications, and modern enterprise systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with telecom systems, OSS/BSS platforms, network inventory, provisioning, billing, CRM, or related telecom domains is a strong advantage.</li>
<li>Experience with product backlog management, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and release planning.</li>
<li>Ability to review technical documentation, system specifications, and architecture diagrams.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data modeling, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence concepts is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and requirements modeling techniques is preferred.</li>

<ul><li>Overall 7 years of work experience in software development with 3 years of experience as business analyst</li>
<li>Computer science, engineering or business administration graduate or relevant education</li>
<li>Knowledge in Telecom network engineering is a huge plus</li>
