Job Summary:Join our team as a Bartender and be an integral part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the standards of our establishment.Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders- Clear tables efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately- Uphold a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times-Make drinks for guests both at the bar and in the dining room-Maintain bar standards by delivering high quality beverages efficientlyExperience:- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred- Familiarity with POS systems- Knowledge of upscale dining service standards is a plus- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong communication skills and a passion for the food industry- Experience in guest services and a willingness to help create exceptional dining experiencesIf you are enthusiastic about delivering top-notch service, enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, and have a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences, we encourage you to apply for the Server position with us.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100.00 - $300.00 per dayBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
