Bartender

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Bartender and be an integral part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding the standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests

- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Clear tables efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area

- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately

- Uphold a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times

-Make drinks for guests both at the bar and in the dining room

-Maintain bar standards by delivering high quality beverages efficiently

Experience:

- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred

- Familiarity with POS systems

- Knowledge of upscale dining service standards is a plus

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and a passion for the food industry

- Experience in guest services and a willingness to help create exceptional dining experiences
