About the Role</b></h2>

We&rsquo;re seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed professional to support Flatpage&rsquo;s marketing operations and social media presence. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with leadership to execute day‑to‑day campaigns, coordinate content, and keep projects moving. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced, and fully remote work environment.</p>
<p>
This is a part-time, fully remote position, requiring approx. 12&ndash;15 hours per week. Candidates must be physically based and have authorization to work in the United States.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Marketing Execution &amp; Campaign Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Execute Flatpage&rsquo;s social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (draft captions, create assets in Canva, schedule posts, and monitor engagement).</li>
<li>Prepare and send the monthly email newsletter in Mailchimp, including basic list management, segmentation, and performance review.</li>
<li>Support marketing campaigns from planning through launch by coordinating timelines, assets, and next steps.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the Flatpage website and blog in WordPress, including publishing posts and implementing basic on-page SEO best practices.

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Project &amp; Operations Coordination</b></h3>
<ul><li>Track marketing tasks and deadlines in Basecamp, ensuring projects move forward and stakeholders stay informed.</li>
<li>Share concise weekly updates highlighting completed work, upcoming priorities, and any blockers.</li>
<li>Maintain organized marketing documentation and assets.

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Reporting &amp; Optimization</b></h3>
<ul><li>Track and summarize basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, list growth).</li>
<li>Surface insights and improvement opportunities based on results.</li>
<li>Bring forward proactive suggestions to improve workflows, content, or campaigns.

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Additional Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist with CRM hygiene and light marketing operations work in HubSpot as needed.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives aligned with team priorities and available capacity.

</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (agency, in-house, or freelance).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).</li>
<li>Experience with email marketing tools, preferably Mailchimp.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of WordPress and basic SEO principles.</li>
<li>Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.</li>
<li>Comfortable creating marketing assets using Canva (Adobe experience is a plus but not required).</li>
<li>Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.</li>
<li>Comfortable tracking hours worked and submitting accurate timesheets.</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the United States and physically based in the U.S.

<ul><li>Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs.</li>
<li>Experience with social scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).</li>
<li>Basic analytics experience (GA4, platform insights).</li>
<li>Publishing, editorial, or content-driven business experience.

</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days</b></h2>
<ul><li>Social content is published consistently and on schedule.</li>
<li>Monthly newsletter is sent on time with clean lists and basic reporting.</li>
<li>Marketing projects are organized and up to date in Basecamp.</li>
<li>Weekly updates are shared proactively without prompting.</li>
<li>At least 1&ndash;2 thoughtful improvement ideas are surfaced each month.
