Whether you&rsquo;re passionate about coffee or eager to develop your food service skills, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow in the food industry while working in a fun, fast-paced setting.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair</li><li>Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service</li><li>Operate POS systems such as TOAST POS efficiently for transactions, order processing, and cash handling</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf&eacute; area, including food preparation surfaces and seating areas</li><li>Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities</li><li>Follow food safety guidelines diligently during food handling, preparation, and serving processes</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a barista or in food service within a caf&eacute; or retail environment (MANDATORY.)</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems like TOAST POS for efficient sales processing</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests</li><li>Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during peak hours</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to perform food preparation tasks confidently while maintaining high hygiene standards</li></ul>Embark on an exciting journey in the food industry by joining our team!
