With multiple branches and an ambitious expansion vision, we are building a strong, trusted healthcare brand across India and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and Meta Ads</li><li>Manage social media content calendars in coordination with clinicians and the design team</li><li>Monitor leads, conversions, and ROI from paid campaigns</li></ul>Brand &amp; Content Marketing<ul><li>Develop clinic-focused content (patient stories, rehab journeys, educational posts, reels)</li><li>Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms</li><li>Oversee website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, and online reputation</li></ul>Local &amp; Offline Marketing<ul><li>Plan doctors&rsquo; meets, coaches&rsquo; meets, sports club tie-ups, and community outreach programs</li><li>Execute local campaigns around each branch (flyers, standees, events, partnerships)</li><li>Coordinate health camps and corporate wellness programs</li></ul>Patient Acquisition &amp; Retention<ul><li>Drive walk-ins, enquiries, and conversions across all branches</li><li>Implement feedback collection, testimonials, and referral programs</li><li>Work closely with front desk teams to track lead sources and patient journeys</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track weekly and monthly marketing performance</li><li>Analyze patient flow, CAC, LTV, and campaign effectiveness</li><li>Prepare reports for management with actionable insights</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
