Flexability Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic is a fast-growing healthcare brand specializing in sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, pain management, and performance recovery. With multiple branches and an ambitious expansion vision, we are building a strong, trusted healthcare brand across India and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Manage social media content calendars in coordination with clinicians and the design team
• Monitor leads, conversions, and ROI from paid campaigns

Brand & Content Marketing

• Develop clinic-focused content (patient stories, rehab journeys, educational posts, reels)
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Oversee website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, and online reputation

Local & Offline Marketing

• Plan doctors’ meets, coaches’ meets, sports club tie-ups, and community outreach programs
• Execute local campaigns around each branch (flyers, standees, events, partnerships)
• Coordinate health camps and corporate wellness programs

Patient Acquisition & Retention

• Drive walk-ins, enquiries, and conversions across all branches
• Implement feedback collection, testimonials, and referral programs
• Work closely with front desk teams to track lead sources and patient journeys

Analytics & Reporting

• Track weekly and monthly marketing performance
• Analyze patient flow, CAC, LTV, and campaign effectiveness
• Prepare reports for management with actionable insights

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
