Job Description: Maintenance Technician &ndash; Printing FactoryPosition: Maintenance Technician Department: Maintenance Location: Urla, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Plant Head Industry: Printing &amp; Packaging (Flexo/Rotogravure/Packaging Machinery)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing machines (Rotogravure, Flexographic, Slitter, Lamination, etc.).</li><li>Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults and carry out timely repairs.</li><li>Maintain utility equipment: compressors, chillers, dryers, DG sets, and electrical panels.</li><li>Reduce machine downtime through efficient troubleshooting.</li><li>Conduct daily machine inspections and prepare maintenance reports.</li><li>Follow maintenance schedules and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with production department for machine-related issues.</li><li>Replace and align worn-out machine parts.</li><li>Maintain inventory of spares, tools, and consumables.</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols during maintenance operations.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in printing/packaging industry maintenance preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Ability to read machine manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Good teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Physically fit and comfortable with factory environment.</li><li>Quick problem-solving ability.</li><li>Willingness to work in shifts.</li></ul>Salary: As per company norms Joining: Immediate Work Location: Urla Industrial Area, RaipurJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
