Job Description:Florido Enterprises Property Management is seeking a motivated, self-driven, and professional Property Management Assistant to support our Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of a commercial real estate portfolio. If you pride yourself in professionalism and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Daily duties:<ul><li>Check AppFolio daily for all payments and work orders; respond and coordinate with Property Manager and maintenance team on turnaround times</li><li>Update listings daily across social media, Craigslist, and leasing listings sheet</li><li>Ensure all rents, late fees, and check charges are collected, posted, and deposited in a timely manner; update rent Google Sheet daily</li><li>Maintain and update vacant unit sheet and lead sheet daily</li><li>Call and schedule all leads for showings with the Property Manager; send vacancy postings from AppFolio</li><li>Answer incoming calls, greet all visitors entering the building</li><li>Review daily conference room scheduling via Nexudus</li><li>Distribute incoming mail</li></ul>The Hours are as followed<ul><li>8-12 am or 1-5 Pm</li></ul>Additional responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide consistent vendor and contractor communications regarding scheduling, billing, and certificates of insurance</li><li>Confirm all leases and paperwork are completed and accurately entered into AppFolio and Google Drive in a timely manner</li><li>Handle tenant concerns and requests promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction</li><li>Ensure current tenant files are properly maintained</li><li>Assist with move-in and move-out inspections</li><li>Review notices to vacate and send acknowledgements with instructions</li><li>Ensure distribution of all company and tenant notices</li><li>Maintain a positive customer service attitude at all times</li><li>Attend scheduled company and team meetings</li><li>Support the Property Manager in coordinating and performing office functions</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills &mdash; written and verbal (required)</li><li>Computer savvy &mdash; comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe, and ChatGPT (required)</li><li>Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software preferred</li><li>Willingness to learn social media platforms and content creation</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li>Prior experience in property management or real estate a plus</li><li>Valid driver's license required</li><li>Clean criminal history; drug-free workplace; background check required</li></ul>Work location: In person &mdash; Palm Harbor, FLJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
