Job Title: Customer Service Representative Company: Flomic Balikbayan Cargo Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description: Flomic Balikbayan Cargo is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai and Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and shipment concerns while delivering excellent service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist customers with booking pick-up and delivery of balikbayan boxes</li><li>Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media</li><li>Provide accurate information about rates, schedules, and promotions</li><li>Go live on Facebook/TikTok occasionally to promote services and engage customers</li><li>Support marketing activities when needed</li><li>Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally</li><li>Update customer records and prepare basic reports</li><li>Promote company services and special offers</li></ul>Requirements:✔ Previous customer service experience (preferred) ✔ Confident and presentable on social media live ✔ Good communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus) ✔ Basic knowledge of Facebook, TikTok &amp; Instagram ✔ Energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented ✔ Must be currently based in UAEWhat We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Supportive and friendly work environment</li><li>Opportunity for long-term employment</li></ul>You may send your CV to phlcargo@flomic.ae or balikbayan@flomic.ae.We look forward to receiving your application!Work Location: In person
