Position: E-Commerce &amp; Content CoordinatorPosition Summary: Flora Fresh Inc. is an employee-owned wholesale floral, plant, and floral supply distributor located in Sacramento, California.The E-Commerce &amp; Content Coordinator is a dual-focused role responsible for driving Flora Fresh&rsquo;s digital growth through engaging marketing content and effective online sales strategies. This position combines creativity with platform management &mdash; developing and executing digital content that strengthens our brand presence while ensuring our e-commerce platform delivers an exceptional customer experience.Benefits: &middot; Medical&middot; Dental&middot; Vision&middot; 401(k) with 4% match&middot; Paid Vacation&middot; Paid Sick Time&middot; Employee OwnershipCompensation:&middot; $24-26 an hourRegular Duties:&middot; Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media: Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn.&middot; Coordinate photo and video shoots for products, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.&middot; Manage the content calendar to align with marketing campaigns, holidays, and seasonal product launches.&middot; Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to develop creative marketing assets.&middot; Track content performance and engagement to refine future strategies.&middot; Ensure brand consistency and tone across all digital touchpoints.&middot; Be an on-camera spoke person for the company.&middot; Support with updating online product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure accuracy and appeal.&middot; Coordinate online promotions, sales campaigns, and digital advertising to drive online orders.&middot; Work with internal teams to ensure product availability, accurate inventory, and timely updates.&middot; Stay current with digital trends, SEO best practices, and e-commerce innovations to continually improve results.&middot; Input new customer registration forms into the database.Minimum Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required.&middot; 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related creative field.&middot; Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.&middot; Experience managing e-commerce platforms.&middot; Comfortability talking and being on camera.&middot; Proficiency with Canva or similar content tools.&middot; Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.&middot; A passion for plants, flowers, or the wholesale/distribution industry is a plus!Flora Fresh Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
